Bringing others along on the journey has always been important to our founders, Mike and Terese Marr.
TPT Group began with just them, and today, we’re able to employ hundreds of staff, act as kaitiaki (guardians) for our communities, and support a range of initiatives that are positively shaping the future.

Today, our group is an integral part of the country’s business landscape, with hundreds of people contributing to our journey. So, it can be hard to think back to 1999, when TPT Group was just our two founders, $500 of working capital, a car and a toolbelt.
