Promessa Property Group www.promessa.co.nz has purchased new property developments in Hamilton and New Plymouth.
The two Hamilton properties, one in Tasman Street, and the other in Earthmover Crescent, will be available for lease. Another in Bell Block in New Plymouth will be leased to Group business Advanced Security.
Promessa Property Group has developed a portfolio of properties across New Zealand comprising of 25 properties, all light industrial or commercial office buildings.
The business intends to acquire further property in 2022.
